Theresa Davis (Executive Director)

Theresa served the last six years as the Finance Director for the Tallahassee Museum where she directed the Museum’s accounting, insurance, personnel, retail, visitor services, and data processing activities in support of the Museum’s Board of Directors. She received her B.A. in Humanities (Theatre/English/Religion) from Florida Southern College. Theresa also recently assisted on TLT’s productions of Rumors and The Foreigner. Brian Davis (Artistic Director)

Brian comes from Buffalo, NY and has a background in membership and non-profits. He has been actively involved in community theater for many years, behind the scenes, directing, technical operations, on stage and serving on a board of directors. Caroline Sturtz (Member Communications Coordinator)

Caroline is a Tallahassee native and graduate of Florda State University’s School of Visual Arts and Dance. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Photography and Minors in both Theatre and Art History. Caroline has been active in the Tallahasse theatre community for over 10 years and has worked on many productions, both onstage and off. Melissa Findley (Marketing Manager)

Originally from the Orlando area, Melissa worked as a graphic designer for the Osceola Library System before embarking on a four year career as a freelance illustrator. She still illustrates on the side, working for companies like Fantasy Flight Games, which produces games based on Lord of the Rings, Game of Thrones, and Call of Cthulu. Melissa’s main passion, however, has always been theatre, and she has worked on nearly every mainstage production at TLT since 2010 in one capacity or another.
